INTRODUCING OUR NOOSA AUSTRALIAN FREE RANGE MILK THAT COMES FROM FREE GRAZING COWS IN AUSTRALIAN FARMS.

Cows that spend most of the time in the open field are happier and healthier compared to fully indoor cows. This helps to make their milk tastier and richer in essential nutrients that are important to your health.

We let our ladies to spend 70% of their days grazing on fresh pasture in open field in Australia.

That’s why our ladies produce the delicious and creamy milk. So you can get all the goodness and satisfaction in Noosa Australian Free Range Milk.

HANDLING PASTEURIZED MILK ITEMS

PASTEURIZED milk should always be kept at 2- 4°C.

It is a very sensitive product and once the cold-chain is broken at any point of time, it turns sour and/or curdled. Let’s find out the best way to handle the pasteurized milk products to maintain its freshness!

When buying the milk

Pick up the milk at the last of your shopping session, so it doesn’t warm up while you are shopping around and filling your basket. Check the milk’s best before date and choose the product with the furthest date.

When bringing the milk home

Return home as soon as possible after the purchase. Keep the fresh milk in the cooler box in your car. Better if you do have reusable frozen ice packs inside the box!

If you are using public transport, we suggest to use cooler bag to carry the milk.

At Home

Immediately store the fresh milk items in the fridge. First in the fridge, first out. Open milk container in the same order in which you bought them.

Keep your milk away from strong- smelling food as the milk might be able to pick up these odours. We suggest to keep our milk on refrigerator shelves (which is cooler rather than on its doors.

Consume within 3 days after opening.

Uh oh!

With all the precautionary measures taken to ensure the products remain fresh when reach to our customers, however, there may be unfortunate events where you find our products sour or curdled upon first opening or less than 3 days after opening.

Product description (e.g: Full Cream Milk, 1L)
Printed expiry date on the bottle
Date & location of the purchase
Proof of purchase / Receipts, if possible
Your full bank account details (full name, bank name and account number)

We shall do necessary investigation to pinpoint the broken cold chain.

We keep samples in the factory laboratory for every batch of milk we produce. The samples are kept for at least 30 days.

Our laboratory assistants test the samples every day to check for product stability. The library samples are kept in an ideal condition whereby they are stored at 4°C and the cold-chain is never broken. This will enable us to check and compare our product stability whenever customers provide feedback.
