HANDLING PASTEURIZED MILK ITEMS
PASTEURIZED milk should always be kept at 2- 4°C.
It is a very sensitive product and once the cold-chain is broken at any point of time, it turns sour and/or curdled. Let’s find out the best way to handle the pasteurized milk products to maintain its freshness!
With all the precautionary measures taken to ensure the products remain fresh when reach to our customers, however, there may be unfortunate events where you find our products sour or curdled upon first opening or less than 3 days after opening.

- Product description (e.g: Full Cream Milk, 1L)
- Printed expiry date on the bottle
- Date & location of the purchase
- Proof of purchase / Receipts, if possible
- Your full bank account details (full name, bank name and account number)
We shall do necessary investigation to pinpoint the broken cold chain.
We keep samples in the factory laboratory for every batch of milk we produce. The samples are kept for at least 30 days.
Our laboratory assistants test the samples every day to check for product stability. The library samples are kept in an ideal condition whereby they are stored at 4°C and the cold-chain is never broken. This will enable us to check and compare our product stability whenever customers provide feedback.
